Overview
This game was made for the NUGDS Winter Jam 2025 using Unreal Engine 5
Dreaded Deep is a small exploration focused game, with a dark and suffocating atmosphere as you are trapped at the bottom of the ocean. You must find and retrieve all the artefacts hidden around the environment, but it won’t be that simple. With limited oxygen supply and a hungry shark on the prowl, can you bring back all the artifacts in one piece?

Update V1.1
Uploaded a small update to the game after the jam, all of the code is the same I've just tweaked some variables based on feedback and play testing - Alex
Changes:
- Increased torch brightness
- Slightly higher ambient brightness
- Reduced depth-of-field effect underwater
- Shark is more aggressive
- Shark is faster
- Oxygen supply is greater
